Will it fit my mixer?

The liners are made for 4.5 Qt and 5 Qt tilt-head stand mixer bowls. They are not designed for bowl-lift models or 3.5 Qt mini mixers.

What's in the box?

3 silicone bowl liners (red, white and black) and 3 matching lids.

Does the liner stay in place while mixing?

Yes. The wide flat rim rests on the edge of your steel bowl to help keep the liner in place while the mixer runs, including with bread dough.

What is it made of?

Thick, flexible, food-grade silicone that is BPA-free.

Can I put the liners in the fridge?

Yes. Put the lid on and store your dough or batter in the fridge, so your mixer is free for the next recipe.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, both the liners and the lids are dishwasher safe. You can also simply rinse them.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping 7-12 business days, so most orders arrive within 8-15 business days. Shipping is free and you receive a tracking number by email. Details in our Shipping policy.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

You should not. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import duties or taxes for your order, contact us with the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

What if I'm not happy with it?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. We never ask you to send items back to China: for a damaged or wrong item, send us a photo and we replace or refund it. See our Refund policy.

Is this a KitchenAid product?

No. These liners are made by Otawe to fit tilt-head stand mixer bowls. KitchenAid is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by KitchenAid.
