30-day satisfaction guarantee

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Because our orders ship from overseas, we never ask you to send an item back to China. Here is how it works.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Send us your order number and a photo of the problem through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

Changed your mind

If the liners are not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the items unused, with all liners and lids. We will issue a full refund. In most cases you can keep or donate the item; if we ever ask you to send it back, we will give you a prepaid return label to a US address, at no cost to you.

Wrong mixer?

Our liners fit 4.5 and 5 Qt tilt-head stand mixer bowls only. If you ordered for a bowl-lift or 3.5 Qt mini mixer, the "Changed your mind" rule above applies.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. Shipping is free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Restocking fees

There are no restocking fees.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. After it ships, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

Fair use

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer or requests without an order number or photo.
