Free shipping to the United States
Shipping is free on every order to an address in the United States. The shipping charge at checkout is $0.00.
Where we ship from
Your order is shipped from our fulfillment partner in China directly to your door.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare and hand your order to the carrier.
- Shipping: 7-12 business days from dispatch to delivery.
- Total: most orders arrive within 8-15 business days of purchase.
These are estimates. Peak periods (such as Black Friday and the December holidays), customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take 2-3 business days to show the first updates.
Customs, duties and taxes
You should not have to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import duties or taxes for your order, contact us with the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
Late or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund policy.
Order changes and cancellations
You can change your shipping address or cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.
