When your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking may take 2-3 business days to show the first updates.
How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Bake Halo (check your spam folder too).
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into the carrier's website.
- You can also see your order status by logging in to your account.
Delivery times
Processing takes 1-3 business days and shipping 7-12 business days, so most orders arrive within 8-15 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. See our Shipping policy.
Need help?
No tracking email after 3 business days, or no update for 10 business days? Contact us through our contact page or at contact@bakehalo.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
